How do we place an order?

Orders can be placed through:

When do I pay?

Payment depends on the program.

For Team Stores:
Customers typically pay online at checkout.

For organization purchases:

Can I change my order after submitting?

Changes depend on the stage of production. Once artwork has been approved and manufacturing begins, changes may not be possible.

Can we reorder products later?

Yes. Repeat orders can be arranged based on product availability and original specifications.

How long does production take?

Production timelines vary depending on the product, order requirements, time of year, and whether the order is a new custom program or a repeat order.

How are orders delivered?

Orders may be:

  • Delivered to the club
  • Picked up from TeamLab
  • Shipped directly to individuals where available

Artwork & Design Process

Does TeamLab provide design services?

Yes. Our design team can help create custom uniforms, apparel layouts, sponsor placement, and branded collections.

Will I receive artwork proofs?

Yes. Digital artwork proofs are provided for approval before production begins.

Production does not start until approval is received.

Can artwork be changed after approval?

Once production begins, changes are not possible.

Organizations should carefully review all artwork before approval.

Sizing

How do I know what size to order?

TeamLab offers:

Can I exchange custom apparel if the size is wrong?

Because products are custom manufactured specifically for your organization, exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not available.

Warranty, Repairs & Product Support

What warranty does TeamLab provide?

TeamLab stands behind the quality and workmanship of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair or replacement.

What is covered under warranty?

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects or issues related to workmanship, including defects identified through inspection.

Examples may include:

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or incorrect sizing.

  • Damage caused by improper washing or care
  • Incorrect size selection

How do I report a damaged or defective product?

If you experience an issue with a TeamLab product, please contact your TeamLab representative or organization administrator as soon as possible. Providing photos and order details will help our team review the issue quickly.
